I'm delighted to announce that I'll be hosting a GYPSY JAZZ GUITAR WORKSHOP THIS SEPTEMBER 5th!

10:00am – 5:00pm - £75 per person
Lunch Included - Buffet Style - Tea & Coffee provided. Limited to just 12 places to keep it intimate and focused
This immersive workshop is designed for guitarists who want to develop their understanding of Gypsy Jazz in a practical, supportive and musical environment. Whether you're relatively new to the style or already playing regularly, the day will focus on the skills that help you become a confident and capable Gypsy Jazz musician.
Throughout the day we'll cover:
Rhythm & La Pompe
Repertoire & Essential Jam Tunes
Improvisation & Solo Development
Jam Etiquette & Playing with Others
Ensemble Playing
Guided Jamming Sessions
We'll spend the day learning, playing and making music together before bringing everything together in a relaxed end-of-day performance. The workshop fee includes lunch, tea and coffee throughout the day, so all you need to bring is your guitar and enthusiasm.
Places are strictly limited to 12 guitarists to ensure everyone receives plenty of individual attention and playing time.
